SNOW SNOW SNOW
We have had so much fun talking about WINTER
snow, snowmen, mittens and everything having to do
with snow. (except for playing in the snow) We have
made lots of fun things…snowflakes, blizzard
pictures with lots of glitter, big huge mittens, and
so much more. We have introduced our new mitten
song, and will start with our Grizzly Bear song this
month as well as some more great activities to go
along winter. We are all hoping for a little snow to
play in on the playground.
We ask that you work with your child on he/she
getting some of his/her winter items on
independently. Try having him/her put stuff on in
this order: jacket, hat and lastly mittens. We are
really working hard on this at school, and they are so
proud of their accomplishment not to mention having
some of the children be able to do some things
themselves would be very helpful for us in getting
all 16 children out to play in a timely manner and
useful for your children as they continue on the road
to their second year of preschool and then
kindergarten! These skills will help them
tremendously!!
We try to go out everyday so please get in the habit
of sending in all of these items with your child all the
time. PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING!!!!! Many of the
children do not know which things are theirs yet.
This will help with mix-ups. Thank you!!!
